The InterContinental Lusaka, Zambia represents a landmark large-scale renovation project, with the globally renowned hotel operator entrusting JCP Hotelware with the complete OS&E supply for guestroom equipment, banqueting facilities, and food & beverage outlets.

Throughout this project, JCP maintained strict adherence to IHG’s international brand standards, corporate pricing structures, and design brief specifications. While we supplied premium luxury products from renowned brands including Villeroy & Boch, Robert Welch, Hepp, and other distinguished manufacturers, our strategic focus was to deliver luxury combined with exceptional durability—essential for accommodating the high volume of clientele this prestigious hotel serves.

By balancing luxury, quality, economically mindful and brand-compliant product specifications, JCP successfully aided in transforming the property into a true example of Zambian excellence in the heart of Lusaka.
